Fiocchi TT 24g 7.5s (fibre) are a nice, and cheap, clay load for me - also fine on pigeons at reasonable ranges. Not too punchy at all.

Also use Eley hi-flyer 28g 6s (fiber) for most other shooting. Bit more of a hit, but not horrendous.

Although for pigeon shooting, it can get expensive if your out a lot. Shooting a lightweight 12g would be far cheaper, but I'm happy to pay as love my 20g.
