norfolk dumpling
Personally I would have thought FEO would expect to see all relevant medical history iro whether you declared it previously - they are a suspicious lot and will no doubt cross-check to make sure old stuff is the same ie you were not economical with the truth on earlier applications. If there is any inconsistency it will put them on guard and they might then ask for GP letter at your expense.
Jimny(off-road)
Tell me about it my gp letter just cost me £

Scully
I just write 'no change since last renewal'. Seems to be sufficient.
wymberley
the new forms require you to put down all previous history and convictions Yep. Just done mine (coterminous renewal) and that's what I took it to be. I have to say that the new format is a piece of doddle - all done and dusted in a few minutes with a quick trip to get the farmer's signature plus a visit to the photo' processing shop that does passport photo's - prefer to do this as if there's a problem, they're binned and re-done FOC which saves paying twice should you make a mess of it and it's instant. Now all we need (well, except for this knadgered old ***) is a 10 year validity.
craftycarper
Nothing since last application is all I put on my recent renewal, nowt said on visit and new certs arrived exactly one week to the day the following week.
