What is everyones meant of choice for Xmas dinner? I myself am a fan of Goose but have some fussy family members who only really like Turkey unfortunately. But I have to say was a litte suprised when speaking to my butcher, who said it's probably 80-20 in favour of Turkey and that more people seem to have Beef for Xmas lunch than goose.

What's everyone doing this year? Turkey and a piece of Venison at ours i do believe.

I am lucky to get two Xmas dinners in the same day this year as I did last year.

I got a organic hand reared meat chicken and venison for the first one, and then a 'posh' turkey for the second. (my mum gets one of those hand reared turkey's) - inevitably I'll be so drunk before the second Xmas dinner I won't remember how good the turkey is/was until I have some for my boxing day morning breakfast.
