Tandoori Pheasant sausages for christmas!

Had a work mate ask if I wanted a brace of pheasant!

 

Does a bear take a dump in the woods? I asked, So I collected them that evening after work!

 

I got to thinking about Christmas coming up so decided to keep a breast fillet for the big day, and ground the rest down with some belly pork! Mixed in my Tandoori spice kit and decided to throw in some CHANA spice mix in too to heat things up a little!

 

Ground down 4 slices of whole meal bread and mixed with a cup of water salt and pepper and stuffed them into collogen cases!

 

This was using my OLD stuffer, as I am waiting for some parts to service my new one! But thought I would crack on with the sausages anyway!

 

I kept the skin from the belly pork to one side for scratchings too :D
