Junkyard Dog
What do you need? Had work done in Italy but if its lettering etc, can get it laser engraved near chester, one of the GB helice shooters has had a few done by them, them black adonised etc... figgy
Willpoon hopefully one of the resident gunsmiths will be along to answer. My understanding is that the engraving is done when the action is in the white, then it goes for whatever heat treatment and coating making engraving a finished gun more difficult and expensive. The gun in question and your requirements would help in answering.

Gunman
I can suggest several gun engravers if you let me know what sort of thing you want doing . Its not cheap and there are several things to consider ,such as can the gun be engraved or is it hardened in such a way that it is not possible to anneal it like the Beretta . Having been involved with the production of new guns , up grades and renovations I think I can answer any queries you may have .
