Find cold smoking takes a long time to develop a good favour. Let us know how it turns out.

Think cold smoking is great for butter cheeses garlic and other not meat products. I prefer hot smoking of meat and fish. Did you buy your smoker or did you make it?

Brining and marinating in rubs can help with cold smoking too.

I have plans to convert two coffee containers into a micro smoker! Keep meaning yi get another container as I need to cut a door and vent from another! Will get there eventually! I love road in the shell peanuts and apparently you can use the shells for smoking! I have about 3kg of shells waiting! A friend is an arbourist so I can get chippings if I need!
