Variation form help

I'm putting I a 1-1 variation 22rf for 223cf on page 2 of the form it asks,, details of ammunition to be added/deleted,, then at the side of that there is another box that just says ammunition to be deleted??? What do I put in both boxes??? Also were do I state that I want a sound moderator aswel??

Ammunition to be deleted is ammunition allowance that you currently have, but will not require on the new FAC.

So if you already have a 22LR which will be retained, and the 1-for-1 change is for a second 22LR (some have them dedicated NV, for example), then no entry on that.

If, on the other hand, the 22LR being removed from your FAC is the ONLY gun in that calibre, then you will not need allowance for 22LR, and the current allowance should be entered into the 'deleted' box.

 

Ammunition to be added will be your requested 223 allowance.

 

An additional moderator goes in the 'Firearms to be acquired' section on it's own line

 

So for acquiring a 223 and moderator, you should put :

 

223 ... rifle ... (reason for acquiring) (target, vermin, etc)

223 ... moderator ... reason) (noise reduction)

 

If for pest control, don't forget to ask for ammunition allowance to include expanding.

Hiya mate thanks for that,, that's helped me loads,, yeah on my licence I have a slot for 22rf but haven't bought one as I use my hmr,, but now want to get a 223 instead of the 22rf due to lamp shy foxs on my current permission and Iv aquired a new permission that got plenty fox on it but is also passed for any 22CF.
