greenergp Posted June 30, 2016 Report Share Posted June 30, 2016 I took a couple of foam butt up feeder decoys to a local pond to see how they sat in the water, they self righted fine and i reckon i could reduce the ballast weight a bit more and they would still self right. greenergp Posted July 3, 2016 Author Report Share Posted July 3, 2016 I made then out of insulation foam, they are quite easy to do the tools in used were, bread knife,hand saw sanding blocks and a surform and a jigsaw to cut out the base in plywood. here is a you tube clip where i got the idea from i just adapted my decoys from the one the guy makes in the clip. if you need any other info just let me know Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
