I was looking into 20bore cartridges and I know that the pure gold have good reviews. So is it me looking in the wrong place or are they no longer made ? I have some 12 bore Pure Gold paper case carts from a few years ago and was not impressed by them,now the 28 bore were very good so were the hull 28 bore carts. figgy Posted October 19, 2016 Report Share Posted October 19, 2016 (edited) Shaun they smell very nice but have a weird fast impulse kick and noise to them, hit what your shooting at ok in range but didnt patter well at anything past 40 yards in my old sxs. Still have about half a dozen left in a mixed bag of carts for first day of this season. Pest Control1 looking online Gamebores website still list them and have all the fancy advertising bumf. Whats the Regal like Disappointing in 12, I bought a slab of 32g 5 at the end of last season, they are heavy on the shoulder through sxs, unlike the gold cartridges and they don't seem as effective either.
