Has anyone been had using a Mobile when driving

Did you put this down on your renewal forms

I had a one but it was a fixed penalty one

So according to the notes

That fixed penalty notices need not be declared

Have you seen the latest footage of a lorry ploughing into a women and three children cos he was playing with his phone, he survived, they didn't. Whether you put it down or not lets hope your a little more responsible with a firearm in your possession.

they changed it as on my very first form i had to list convictions then on the renewals i didn't have to list them again, but last years form the wording have changed so when i called the feo he said they needed to be listed now on every renewal

I would put them down

So?

That makes you capable of driving and on a phone ok?

I don't care what others say, to me, it's socially unacceptable, refer it to holding a certificate if we please, to me, it's reckless behaviour.

It's proven to be akin to drink driving.

So we get to the meat of it then, you asked the question, and now trying to justify yourself.

Your comment is anodyne.

It's a proven fact you are more likely to have an accident whilst using a phone driving, certainly more so than doing 1 mph over the speed limit whilst not using a phone.

I'm not sure what you're suggesting, do you feel hard done too being 'done'?

No **** Sherlock.

Clever response, and your thoughts on people driving using a phone and killing people, causing accidents is?... Edited by kyska
