Grazy
I need to renew next year for the first time and was reading a thread earlier (which has now been locked) in regards to driving penalties. I got 3 points and a fine last year as my car had tinted windows, which were on the car ( Range Rover sport) when I bought it. The points were classed as driving vehicle in a dangerous state. Having not filled out a renewal, I guess I will need to declare this but would it impact my renewal?
kennett
Yes declare it, no it won't make any difference!

team tractor
I can't see how you could be prosecuted for that Surely that's a fine unless caught previous.
Grazy
Yes, that's what I thought. I expected a 7 day wonder and prove that the film had been removed.
team tractor
Yes, that's what I thought. I expected a 7 day wonder and prove that the film had been removed. I googled it and it's a grey area but most have contested it and won. What a shame.
