fortune Posted November 29, 2016 Author Report Share Posted November 29, 2016 The only time that I have ever bought new cases was new 28 bore cases because they just didn't exist as throw aways. The amount of people that shot a 28 could be counted on a small hand. I just don't know how anyone could neglect any sort of specialised equipment like a reloader. And how someone thinks that sort of price. But I expect that even in this terrible condition it would will turn out a reload that would perform all ok. fortune Posted December 3, 2016 Author Report Share Posted December 3, 2016 I bought a quantity when the found source was minimal and reloaded the new ones that I shot. I also bought a load of Magtec brass cases. Then I've been given some by the son of a shooting friend. I remember when I got my first 20 bore back in 1973 that it was the same situation with 20 cartridges. In fact it was hard to find a second hand gun at all. Winchester cases are the best to reload.
