I have two. One is called a Rockin' Rabbit.(sent to me by a friend in the USA) One of mine spins, the other 'shakes'. Both work well in daylight/dusk. I use them in conjunction with my Foxpro and horse hoof bait. That way the Fox get's sight, sound and smell.

Here's the Rockin' Rabbit one that I use. This one goes round and round slowly and also shakes. The other one is very similar to a MoJo Critter.

I got one on a best fox call seems to work ok, the movement seems to make the fox concentrate on the movement, only thing is make sure any grass near it is not to long as its gets twisted up in it and stops moving.

I did see on youtube an American lad make a decoy from a remote control car motor taped into a plastic box with a decoy attached and sticking out, it worked but you could hear the motor whirling.

Mother's 'at:

Mother-039-s-039-at.jpg

Posted before, but thanks to photobucket the picture has been lost. I've looked and looked but can no longer find any reference to the old "Pecking Percy". This device moves left and right and a cam also gives an up and down movement. The ball of fur/feathers is mounted on a weakish spring - actually a worn Anschutz firing pin spring -  which in turn is jubilee clipped to the arm of Percy. Powered by 12 volts ( the 1.2Ah battery lasts for ages) the 'at gives a fair imitation of a dervish on a bad LSD trip and is irresistable to fox especially, as shown, when connected in parallel to a caller. The 'at takes just a few minutes to knock up given some fur and I just happen to have a spare Pecking Percy kicking about.................although it's been in the garage for some time so I'd need to check that it still works. Searching "mother's 'at" will give more info'.
