Pykie
Looking for a cheap air pistol for point blank Grey Squirrel dispatch in cage traps. Is the Gamo P900 any good for this? Any other cheap recommendations?
Stonepark
Crosman 1377, gamo p900 is woefully underpowered
rovercoupe
.22 would do better. There was a old crosman pump up pistol that was real close to 6ftlbs, cannot remember what its called though and i know people who have used that to good effect. Get a big heavy pellet and that wil do the trick!

RingDove
If you don't mine CO2 the CP1 is an excellent pistol, good power and really easy to tune if you're into that. I got minevitable shipped from the Netherlands straight to my house for about £80.

jeffjjack
Ammunition cheap is it? can buy a lot of carts for it with the £40 you save on buying a new air pistol... but it depends on how many squirrels your dispatching a week... only a suggestion... horses for courses Edited March 6, 2017 by jeffjjack
