They used to run boat trips from the harbor - not sure of season though.

Failing that you can always sit in the warm cafe opposite the wind farm and with a good set of binos should see some, ask in the windfarm info centre they can be helpful and even have binos

Horsey beach is the usual go to place in the winter months - it has no facilities so go prepared. If the cafe is open pop in for a brew and they will be able to tell you where the seals are.

On the news this weekend there was a piece about the seals on the scroby sands sand bank off of yarmouth, they had aerial footage of the seal colony on the sand bank and according to the expert(?) there are over 4000 of them there at the moment because the sand bank does not get submerged at high tide anymore. With that number of seals on the sand bank I'd be surprised if you don't see any swimming off of yarmouth beach- I grew up in yarmouth and regularly see them.

I've never met that guy though!

That guy in the photo must be a visitor trying to get into the county. He will not get past the Norfolk boundry sign. Plenty of boat trips to look at the seals from Morston or Blakney even at this time of year. Not just the seals there will be wildfowl and stacks of bird life to watch too.
