Sky Mobile

Does anyone use Sky mobile as their mobile provider, I'm looking at moving from Vodafone after 15+ years and there sim prices are looking attractive at £15 per month 3Gb data which rolls over if not used and free unlimited calls and texts. But wondered what people's experiences have been as I'm leaving Vodafone due to appalling customer service.

We have recently switched our phones to Vodafone. I agree whilst their customer service on the phone or online is the worst ever. Their signal is by far the best at the min.

Just googled who sky use and it's o2. My other half has o2 and it's shocking.

If we have any issues with Vodafone we now go into the shop far easier and guaranteed to get a person in this country.

We each speak as we find and over many years I have found Vodafone helpline to have met my needs problem free and I' m enjoying a 40% discount on my current Samsung.

Conversely, their retail outlet at The Mall, Bristol, is staffed in the main by badly trained dullards interested only in selling phones and not helping with resolving queries. Across the level at Apple and you're in a different world with helpful, knowledgeable staff willing to solve problems and give advice.

Mate if you had to use pigeons to send messages that would have to be better than staying with slowdafone
