what grade of PSB did you load? is it old, genuine PSB2 or new PSB+2?

if it's the old PSB2 please bear in mind that it was declared with a X36 grade; although, in recent years it has changed burning rate quite severely.

so although i think you migth be on the right path; you're probably a tad too high in powder. looking back at my tests i can see that 1,70 x 34 (for dove's shooting).provided: pmax 700 bar v1 402 m/s

this was loaded with U688 (but you can do wit hthe cx2000), Gualandi wad and crimp finished (not fold) at 59 mm (which is paramount to ensure the powder burns clear).

1,80 should have similar performances if used with lead # 5 or below; if using 6's or 7's try 1,75 x 34 to cmpensate for the extra obstruction ... but i would advise to try whichever pattern best
