Stonepark Posted April 22, 2017 Report Share Posted April 22, 2017 Can you use super glue on a cut pad.?Dipper For minor cuts you can but needs to be clean and then held closed before applying super glue to exterior of pad only, If any glue gets inside the cut it delays healing. Best thing to get is a pair of breathable dog socks/booties when dog is outside as this massively speeds up healing by keeping water and dirt out, just like a bandage or plaster does for us. Mentalmac Posted May 17, 2017 Report Share Posted May 17, 2017 Last time my lab cut her pad, it was a nasty but straight and deep slice. I thoroughly washed it with medical saline solution, held it together and applied medical grade super glue to pad to hold it together. Rested her and wore a boot for a week and was all good.
