Pigeon Decoying Equipment

Sorry to jump on this thread but do either of you guys have an old Seamark manual flapper cradle you dont want?

Had one years ago but gave it away and have regretted it ever since. Great bit of kit.

Get in the 21st century and get an electric flapper.

Use one but had more success when I had the Seamark one.

Last weekend on peas had rotary and decoys out and birds were shying away.

Turned rotary off and used the manual flapper I have (not a seamark) and they came right into the kill zone!!

I want them there in that spot not 40 - 50yds away

Personally I think pigeons are now wise to rotarys and flappers and seem to shy away from decoy patterns.

I remember my mate saying back in 2007 that pigeons had got used to rotary decoys. How wrong he was/is!

I would hazard a guess that more pigeons get killed over magnets than any other decoy or device.
