Mice!
Might seem really obvious this but who knows, cooked a chicken in the oven as you do, took it out put it on a plate UPSIDE down and started taking the meat off the bone. It more or less just fell off, full breasts without a cut on them just a couple of cuts for the legs and thighs job done. Only normally turn the chicken over once I'm done to take the oysters off then later for any bits for the dog, but I'm doing it this way in future. Did I get lucky or have I just been doing it the hard way for years?

panoma1
Turn any bird upside down and the breasts flop out easily! Doesn't that usually depend on how old the bird is?
