After knocking at the door a couple of times and receiving no answer I decided to check the gate leading to the back garden on the off chance that the owner was sat enjoying the sunshine in the garden. He wasn't, but my attention was immediately drawn to a pond that obviously contained quite a number of koi carp. After admiring the fish for a while I decided to take a quick snapshot and this is what came out. The effects were caused by the sun shining through the cover above the pond. There were some beautiful fish in it. The golden carp at the top right was a very curious/friendly fish and upon seeing me swam to the top and had a nibble/suck on my finger when I dipped it into the water. He had a couple of real biggies in there too. Chatting with the owner (after summoning him with a phone call) he told me the giant lurking in the depths had weighed a whopping 32lbs when weighed about a year ago.
