A few more images - long exposure landscapes

Recommended Posts

Sorry for posting two non-shooting threads in a week!

However, yesterday my girlfriend and I had to head over to the Wirral to run a few errands and decided to stop of at new Brighton.... I don't think I'll be going back soon lol.... however!

We took the filters and the 6D as we new there was a light house and thought it might make a good photograph.

We found said light house, and managed to get away from the many crowds of people, lol. At this point, the tide was not in, so we managed some long exposures with the clouds moving! And we were pleased with the results.

After a long walk back to the car in the 25 degree C heat, I managed to accidentally delete the entire card!!!! :/ I don't know how, but I did.

Anyway, having been so pleased with the results we headed all the way back.

At this point, the tide had come in :D meaning the water would be in our images too as a nice milky blur! :good:

We ended up coming away with a handful of images that were substantially better than the first lot, purely due to the fact that we had the water to play with too.

Everything happens for a reason eh! Here is a selection of them.

Cheers for viewing!

Thank you! Yes I will try. I tried to add a bit of sepia to No.3 but I thought too much didn't work so there's a slight tint to it which worked better I thought :) pleased to hear bud! :good: Edited by WinchesterDave
