philpotttt Posted June 7, 2017 Report Share Posted June 7, 2017 I popped into my tackle shop yesterday and whilst having a route around I came across a cracking litle seat bag/box. I must confess it is nice to sit down but the ground is always uneven so seat buckets are not so good and too low but this is spot on with adjustable height legs to get it level with mud feet, rucksack straps, good front and side pockets and if you remove the tackle trays, enough room for a number of shell decoys, lunch, flask, cartridges and a load of other bits without being too big for in the hide. One last point, it has a very comfortable padded seat. I take your point but I will use it as a dual purpose shooting and fishing so worth the dosh and a bit of comfort for my weary old bones. I will be popping over the Humber to your neck of the woods in the next couple of days Wilksy, clay shooting at Beverley gun club where I am a member. It's a great little ground, I go for a look if I hear a lot of banging sometimes a GB selection shoot, we also have a charity shoot there on the 24th June run by shoot I beat on. What type of shoot is your charity comp, sporting, skeet or trap.............................just looked, 50 sporttrap + flush / rabbit. I might just come and have a go at that and support the cause. masmiffy Posted June 8, 2017 Report Share Posted June 8, 2017 Still got my green Efgeeco fishing box!Used it for fishing and shooting, at moment its got my Mitchell reels in which are still in their plastic boxes plus my other tackle. Nowt to do with pigeons but the owner,John Goddard, was my first employer when I left school. Fred J Taylor was the sales manager then.
