Hello

I have a 725 black edition adjustable which is now just under 2 years old and I have just had to tighten the stock bolt for the third time, Just trying to find out if this is normal or something more sinister and if so what can be done to remedy it ?

Thanks in advance

Get a small squeezy tube of Loctite 243. You only need a single drop so dont buy one of the larger bottles.

Thread on the stock bolt and in the rear of the action should idealy be de-greased first.

You can purchase on ebay. Dont over do the application and dont go for a stronger grade or you will risk making it difficult to remove when needed in the future.

Mine has done over 2500 rounds now and has had the stock shortened, which would have involved it's removal from the gun, all without it coming loose of it's own accord.
