Wingman
Has anyone tried or own one these ATA guns? I handled one today down at AGL and have to say I was seriously impressed by the feel and build quality. It was the ATA bronze model and despite the action looking decidedly odd in its matte bronze finish for 500 odd quid it seems a bargain. Have been looking for a cheap OU for a while as a knockabout gun and for the kids as they want to shoot occasionally. Any opinions or views?? GingerCat
I recently saw an ata 686 and for about 600 also thought it was a lot of gun. A bit light but not too light. I would also be interested in anyones opinion who has shot or has one.

Unfortunately things have conspired against me over the last week or two so I havent had a chance to get down to the shop yet, but I have put 50 quid deposit on it so its held for me!
