Zetter
I've got an MTC genesis on my .17 hornet but I've never been massively enamoured with it so my thoughts are turning to possibly swapping it out. Budget is about £400 ish I did have a look through a vortex viper which was nice but it will only parallax down to 50 yards which won't really cut it with my ward d night vision add on. Other option are the new ish falcon M18 or a sightron S tac. Any views or options on these two makes at all? Walker570
Have you thought of an air rifle scope. Have a look at the Hawke range. I have one on my TX200 and so pleased with it thinking I will put one on my 17HMR because often I will be sat up for rabbits and one will pop out 10yrds away or less and a side wheel allows really quick adjustment. Just a thought. I have a number of Hawks and only one started to show wear after 15yrs of being dragged around in flight cases and my old Landie. Deben did me a really good deal on a new one as they thought it unwise/not value to have that one repaired.
Zetter
Trouble is TT ive tried Leupold before and you cant get the ones in my budget that PX down to what I need for night vision. Walker I have looked at Hawke before and had a couple of sidewinders but they dont suit my eyes that well for some reason.
boo
just purchased a baby s-tac 4-20 x 50 from optics warehouse for less than £400, so impressed with its big brother thought give it a go on the hmr, nice glass saightrons. Focus down to 10yds ideal for nv.......

Zetter
TBH mate its the NV that making it harder as I need it to PX down to 10 yards but want decent glass so the choice narrows a lot
Albert 888
Look at a second hand leupold efr models ,I'm sure mine has a very close parallax, not sure what reticle would suit night vision tho,as mine is very fine.
