nabbers
Just wondering.....So I have a place in the Highlands plus my main home here in N.Yorks. It would be jolly convenient for me if I could store a shotgun or two at both locations, both could be equally secure.....but I'm guessing that would be difficult to make right with the Five'O? TIGHTCHOKE
Will both residences be occupied all the time?
Dazza9t9
Do you mean leaving guns in the second address while your not there? If so I can't see the feo being happy with the guns left in an unoccupied house for any decent length of time but speak to them and see what they say
Snoozer
Might be an idea to get a cabinet installed at the "Summer Home" and passed by the relevant feo and transport a couple of Guns when you visit, Taking them back home with you then there not left in an unattended premise. Feo might be more open to that....Might
nabbers
Will both residences be occupied all the time? I'm the licence holder and can only be at one place at one time, so no.
welshwarrior
Does anyone life at the other house? If so you'll be able to make a case that it'll be secure if it's empty I think you ll struggle.
saddler
Not a problem as long as the gus will only be in the Scottish cabinet when you are in temporary residence... No need to get it signed off or checked, as not your main location address for the grant of your certificate. The responsibility of having secure storage falls on yourself ultimately.... This totally correct but like I keep a gun back in wales so I don't have to travel with one. House is occupied where it lives so all is fine there a approved.
