dendrobaena worms

Get yourself a couple of black dustbins, fill 1 with layers of rotten horse /cow compost, shredded cardboard, news paper. Gather as many red worms as you can off muck heaps and put them in your filled bin and put lid on. Store in a cool frost free area, and forget about it for 12 months

The other you can chuck in your dendrobaena with the recommended substrate.

I would use your dendrobaena 1st season, after that, the dendrobaena bin can be used for red worms, you should have loads of red worms in the other.

I had a couple of bins going years ago and had more worms than I new what to do with.
