Sorry about how crude the picture is!Thanks. Edited October 11, 2017 by Scotty1980
figgy
Usually use a google earth print out or ordinance survey map marked by land owners.

Davyo
Google maps to keep in the shooting bus.Plus BASC greenshoots, where you can map your boundaries and also help with conservation by recoding wildlife along with plants. The main reason is it help BASC justify that it's members don't JUST shoot. It shows we care about conservation and are going our bit. skye
Ask the farm manager / land owner for a map of land owned......my permissions offered a highlighted map showing all fields and boundaries. Skye.
Velocette
Just take an OS Landranger map and a highlighter pen with you when you visit the farm. If you get the OK then go through the boundaries with him and mark them up on the spot. Its a chance for a bit of a chat after getting permission, all of which counts towards getting to know a little more about you and increases the chances in future of extending permissions nearby. They all know each other you know and now one of them knows you. Its all about relationships !
