What is it working out to load a 10 gauge with steel for geese say 42 or 44 gram of BBB steel shot ?

As I dont know the recipes I couldnt work a cost out apart from shot and case and primer. I was thinking off the top of my head with a new case somewhere around the 50 or 60p a cart or am I way off.

If you get three goes out of a case about ten p a shot on the coatings so it’s cheaper to load your own for a ten gauge than buy factory 31/2” for a 12 hmmm now I’m got a hankering

:) Interesting idea, but finding cases my semi auto spits out can be a challenge at times cases floating off on the wateror even finding them sometimes is a task.

Agree with what the others say regarding price, I use my 10 for most of fowling so use a fair bit of gear reloading. I've just got a good deal on cheddite cases, so will drop price down a bit more. Bought 1400 cases for £330. Be few year before I need any more I think. The expensive part for the 10 is the wads.
