My small syndicate shoot is after beaters starting 18 Nov 17 , we have a few guys and ladies already but are looking for a few more in particularly with dogs . We are a friendly bunch , this is a self run non commercial shoot and  a beaters tip is paid and one of the guns always does lunch, nibbles and drinks for the beaters when we all sit together at lunchtime.
