Royboy Posted November 15, 2017 Report Share Posted November 15, 2017 Hi ive sold my house and my solicitor says the buyer wants a Electrical certificate but I’m sure I’ve got one. i got a NICEIC certificate from my spark and he checked all circuits. is that the same as a Electrical check certificate ? selling a house is a ball ake !!!
