I think this topic is lacking in ballistics and maths, the science is getting up to par though. 

A few more fractions and decimals mixed with some algebra should clear any confusion upon best choke and pattern density at what range with what killing percentage nicely. 

Lets not forget the physics as that can’t be argued with as it’s all a given.

Have any of you tested at different temperatures and air density and humidity. This can have an effect on speed and energy retention at range.

I was expecting a step between your 2. and 3. which involved pointing the gun at something worth shooting.
