all joking aside and back on topic the thermal has been a huge change for me at night. it is not just the numbers we shoot but the difference people dont realise is the disturbance a lightforce 240 blitz does to all the other wildlife at night. when your out lamping. but most important to be able to watch foxes in so many different scenarios going about there work undisturbed is fantastic. we can learn so much more by watching them. when we never could with a lamp before. you will never learn much from a dead one to be fair

You can always rely on your mates to plunge the knife straight in lol.

I use thermal even in daytime now , it doesn't so much make me better ,it just brings me up to my level of 20 years ago when I had good eyesight and hearing.

Thermal is great ,but if you're a clown in the field ,you'll still shoot nowt.
