This was because I already had sub 12 air and it was my first application but also because I couldn't provide a good enough reason. my advice would be to put in for all three and have good reason for all three and you're bound to get something. my reasons for example would be .22 lr - daytime ground game hmr - long range corvid control fac air - control of ground game at night with night vision dont mention that fac air/ hmr are safer because they ricochet less and don't eat that fac air is safe to shoot into trees.
