.22 hornet tradjectory

Recommended Posts

Hi’

Could some kind soul please provide me an indication of the tradjectory of the 35 grain .22 Hornet Hornady factory round with say a 150 yard zero ? Or if Zeroed 1” high at 100 yards, at what range is it likely to drop onto zero please?

looking at ordering myself a weihrauch in either .22 Hornet or .17 hornet.

Thanks

I’ve got an hw60j in .22 hornet. 18” barrel. Lovely rifle with a fantastic trigger, and very accurate. You won’t regret getting one.

I found with a 50y zero it was point and shoot out to 150y.

From memory about .4" high @ 100y.

Very underestimated, fantastic calibre. A joy to shoot.

Only downside was it was a bit drifty in a strong sidewind but once you sussed out the windage, no problem.
