Below is an email back from Aigle I received. I emailed them about a broken zip on my wellies. I expect this response is a thank you for your email type thing.

can someone confirm it for me as I have never really mastered English let alone French.

Basically from my poor French it’s saying that they have received your request and thank you for exploring the brand.

Then goes on to say they will answer your query ASAP , then it says that if you have an enquiry regarding an ‘order’ then to contact them on the given phone number within those hours or post the request on their website.

Thats the gist of it but BUZE will be along to correct me later, being a native and all that :-)

When i was asked at school do you wish to take a language class i answered no Miss cause Google will launch Translate on the 28th April 2006, plus I'm having a right nightmare mastering English !
