nagantino Posted March 18, 2018 Report Share Posted March 18, 2018 You can buy a set of springs to replace 1. The ejector spring, 2. Trigger spring and 3. The lever spring. when I replaced the triggerspring I considered it too light, like hair trigger light, so I went back to the original which I thought was fine. Try YouTube. I saw one guy ease the trigger by adding a shim under the existing flat spring. I think he used a flattened piece of coke can. i don't know of any way of "home smithing it" by filing etc. I read loads about the Rossi 92 and have never heard of anyone filing or stoning the mechanism, but let us know how you get along with your project.
