Problems with 42g Winchester.22

 Any one having troubles cycling these though cz bolt action

I found thm ok up to now just the same as the 40g rounds... only time I have any trouble is when I'm out in the rain the case sometimes gets stuck in the breach and the bolt can't pull it out.bit of a pain in the dark under torchlight.ok after a bit of a clean.

Had  2  stuck in the chamber,  my fault entirety The gun needed cleaning

How and why have you come to this assumption?

I had a few failure to extract unfired rounds. You generally had to shoot it into the ground to get the round out which was a pain.

A quick barrel and chamber clean soon sorted it out as Scouser said above just needed a clean I think the wax coating was building up and making the unfired rounds a bit tight to extract.

⬆⬆⬆⬆exactly as above  for me aswel more so with cci subs very waxy hence why I went back to winnys not nowhere near as bad

hello, i use RWS subs in my CZ 455 but clean off the waxy stuff with white spirit and you do not clog up the breech, then just blow out the tiny brass bits, i do a 50 pack each time,

The cause of most feeding and extraction problems with the .22 rimfire is to much lube on the bullets . I always used to wipe off the lube with a clean rag before shooting . Enough lube is left behind after a wipe to lube the bullet .
