OCD may have kicked in

I degreased it with some neat T.F.R [traffic film remover] then fine wire brush in drill then differing grades of scotchbrite pads from course to fine then 0000 wire wool and then solvol cream polish  then mer polish to help seal it

I wish I had some polishing mops and soap at hand tho . might of been easier / less time consuming but hey ho I didn't so used what I had available

Good effort on the crevices.

There's nothing nicer than something shiney, but given that you'll probably never see it again and it will get mucky again I wouldn't have bothered outside of chucking it in the dishwasher perhaps :lol: 

Mind you, it was a rainy weekend and there was nothing on the telly.

hahhah....thats what i was going to ask...............now thats when REAL OCD starts to kick in..............i know trust me......at the moment im replacing my heater pipes on the landrover engine for polished copper ones...to match the gloss/mirror polished rocker cover............now that is OCD....and very sad.......:lol:
