KB1 Posted May 1, 2018 Report Share Posted May 1, 2018 Had a visit from my local FEO yesterday as I’ve recently moved house. After the customary ‘trying to pull the safe of the wall’ and security questions he was interested in my shooting activities, and after I informed him that 98% of my shooting was clay’s these days because I’m no good at cold canvassing for rough shooting land, he went on to give me numerous contacts and details of local syndicates that could prove very useful. Its nice to meet someone in a position of power that isn’t up their own bum, so to speak. So anyway, I suppose I’m just saying that the Cumbria FEO (if there’s only one) is a thoroughly nice guy and it was a pleasant visit. Any similar ones from you guys, or any horror stories? Scully Posted May 1, 2018 Report Share Posted May 1, 2018 My Cumbrian FEO is a grand bloke. When he called round to inspect my security some years ago, took a shine to one of my S1 pumps. ?
