Moley1508 Posted May 24, 2018 Report Share Posted May 24, 2018 bought a rotary recently and had issues with battery times. was out this week and fully charged 12v 7AH lasted 20 mins. the rotary was very hot to the touch. called UKSW and spoke with Chris and we discussed the best way to resolve it. he actually ended up sending a complete new unit to me which arrived today and in time for the weekend. a huge thank you to UKSW and 10/10 for customer service. additionally the rotary build and finish is in a different league to the other unit it replaced.
