Sparky help.

I had a rewire done a few year back, yesterday I blew a LED bulb at the top of the stairs. Strange part was it wasn't on? The light has three switches to it! One at each end of the upper landing. One downstairs.  So I put a fluorescent energy bulb in last night. Tonight I notice it flash once every 2-3 seconds, just a brief flash. If I then switch it on with one switch then off at another it stops, say I switch it on down stairs and off upstairs, if it flashes, I switch it back on at the switch I switched it off at, then use the other upper switch to turn it off, and it stops flashing? It's doing my head in.

Yes! It is solely that one light fitting fed by three switches! If there is a constant low voltage even when switched off before I change the off switch pattern? It's almost like there is some form of power bleed into the system! I just need to try and find out from where? And how to remedy it!

i am going to try changing the switches one at a time to see if that helps. But I feel it's more a leakage of some sort through the ground wire?
