flyeruk Posted June 9, 2018 Report Share Posted June 9, 2018 I have a black powder revolver You need a firearms certificate,if you want to use black powder you need a explosives certificate,but you can use substitutes such as Pyrodex or Triple 7 without a explosives cert.
