Longstrider Posted June 22, 2018 Report Share Posted June 22, 2018 Good and ginger-y home made ginger cake, cut in half to make 2 slices (like a sarni) and cover the bottom bit with good strong English mustard before putting the 'sarni' back together for eating. Absolute bliss on a cold day out Introduced to this by my lovely Auntie who used to do a packed lunch for me and my Uncle when we went out following the hunt together when I was a kid. My Daughter is a chef and at the time was working at a pub in torque and we had not been down for a bit. so when we called in and my son order this she come running out knowing full well it could only be her brother. BritishShooting Posted July 23, 2018 Report Share Posted July 23, 2018 Everybody I meet finds it strange but it's amazing. Crumpets with a dash of butter and pate on, topped off with some decent jam. Out of this world, I'm sure it must be normal somewhere? I had some protein powder I couldn't stomach it was a chocolate one of some kind, used to chuck that in home made chilli's, that was more resourcefulness on my part but it tasted pretty good and thickened it up!
