Will Smith Posted August 4, 2018 Report Share Posted August 4, 2018 Hi, I’ve just bought a brand new x bolt sf, I’m having trouble with the mount bases, it’s as if the screws won’t line up. I had the gun shop fit them and I can see day light through them sideways as if they’re fouling on the screws, really not impressed, also seems as if the back mounts are too low. has anybody had this issue? Will Smith Posted August 5, 2018 Author Report Share Posted August 5, 2018 Thanks, yeah that was my first thought but the front mount are more rounded and fit correctly, thanks very much though. The dealer didn't really want to do anything more than try messing with the mounts I had, didn't really want to admit there was a problem, hence why it would be nice to speak to browning directly.
