It's the same density as lead really.

Just look for data around the optimal range, and you should have no probes developing a load. In 12s 36g is about right. Haven't a clue about 10s

In the early days of non tox i was using an old American,  LC Smith 3.5 inch ten in the old green Remington cases i was using CX2000 around 40 grain  of blue dot the old pattern driver wads slit to base and spacer / undershot nitro card 22 grain of buffer with 2 oz of ITM BBs was mild good patterning load around 1200fps.
