reply to Terry2016 question, for a small banger they are really loud, I was surprised when let the first one off, to cover a large field I would say there loud enough, if not hang a coupe of ropes out,

Just one as they scare the birds off all the fields in a two mile radius, they also do a good job of removing the weeds from the field, only drawback is they also wipe-out a large area of rape.
