I had that model as a company car just over five years ago and had absolutely no problems with it whatsoever, even after doing 145000 miles in 4 years. It was a 2008 model which I understand was more economical than the previous 5 speed gearboxes (mine was 6 speed). Was pretty good off-road as unlike many SUVs it had selectable four wheel drive. It used to return about 46mpg but most was motorway driving. Not even sure whether that year had a DPF but I had no issues at all with it. Plenty of room in the back, even more so with the back seats folded forward.

I cannot speak highly enough of it.
