Squirtle happens to be what I occasionaly call tree rats.

 

And yes I do read my post Ern, only occasionaly. :P

 

Being truthful, I do read it, but I still cant see the wrong spellings. One of the problems of dyslexica and dyspraxia is readin' what you want to read, not what actually is there.

Back to the original question. Its actually quite easy to dry skins and capes. All you have to do is skin it, clean all the fat off the inside of the cape and rub some borax powder into it, put it to dry and job done a cape or pelt that wont lose its hair/feathers. You can get the borax powder from snowdonia taxidermy supplies if you do a goole they have a web site.
